Heritage Home Design offers a Limited Life Time Warranty against defects in materials that might result in blistering, peeling, flaking, corroding or fading of our vinyl frames and sashes. Colored painted windows, excluding black colour, are covered by 5 yearswarranty against fading.Windows and doors insulating glass units are covered by a Limited Life Time Warranty against seal failure.
All windows hardware, excluding sash balances, is covered by the 6 year warranty against defects in material from the date of installation.
Factory white entry steel doors, excluding the doors painted in customer colours, are covered by a 15 year warranty against defects in materials such as delaminating of the slabs, blistering or flaking. Customer colour painted doors, excluding painted in black colour, are covered by three years warranty against fading. Doors hardware supplied and installed by Heritage Home Design Inc. is warranted for a period of one year. Heritage Home Design Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages or hardware supplied by the Customer.
Workmanship of all Heritage Home Design Inc. products warranted for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.
